Bankruptcy, Budget and Credit Counseling: Our agency provides both pre-filing bankruptcy counseling and post-filing bankruptcy classes*. Either can be done in person or by telephone. We are approved by the Department of Justice to do telephone counseling in the states of Missouri, Kentucky, Kansas, Tennessee, Nevada, California, Florida, and Arizona. We offer face-to-face counseling and classes in Sikeston, Missouri; Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and Bowling Green, Kentucky.
